When do orders close?
Orders close Tuesday night for that Friday's pickup. Limited quantities are available each week.
Do you accept custom orders?
At this time, I offer a curated menu and do not accept custom modifications unless explicitly listed in the product description.

Are your products made in a commercial kitchen?
All items are made in a licensed home kitchen under the Illinois Cottage Food Law and are not subject to routine public health inspection. Hauber Bread and Baking is a registered Illinois cottage food operation.
Do you accommodate allergies?
Items are made in a home kitchen that handles common allergens such as wheat, dairy, eggs, soy, and nuts. Although care is taken in preparation, cross-contact may occur. We are unable to guarantee allergen-free products.
What is your cancellation policy?
All products are prepared specifically for each order; therefore, sales are final. Orders not collected during the scheduled pickup window cannot be refunded.
