Harley's Sweet Treats

Hi I am Kathryn a mum of 3 and a wife. I have baked since my teenage years and decided to start selling my sweet treats last year and opened up my cake shed.

As all cakes are made within my kitchen I cannot guarentee any cakes are allergen free.

Terms & Conditions:

Payment & Deposits: For collection- A 50% non-refundable deposit is standard to secure a date, with the balance due on day of collection. Orders placed within 30days of the event usually require full payment upon booking.

For Postal- Full payment is required on booking.

Liability & Damages: The baker is not liable for damage after the cake is delivered or picked up. Once signed for at a venue or picked up, the client takes full responsibility.

Allergen Disclaimer: Products are made in environments that handle nuts, eggs, milk, and gluten; therefore, 100% allergy-free products cannot be guaranteed.

Design & Changes: Changes to orders are typically not permitted within 30 days before the event. The baker's interpretation of a design is final.

Cancellation Policy: Deposits are generally non-refundable if the client cancels.

Force Majeure: The baker is not responsible for non-performance due to causes beyond their control, such as accidents, fire, or illness.

Collection Policy: Uncollected orders may be sold or discarded if not picked up within the agreed window.

Fresh Flowers: If the client or florist is dressing the cake, the baker is not responsible for food safety or contamination issues related to the flowers.
