You can place an order directly through my Bakesy page! Just browse the menu, select your items, and check availability for your desired pickup date. Once your order is submitted, I’ll review it and confirm.
How far in advance should I order?
I recommend placing orders at least 1–2 weeks in advance for most items.
For holidays or special events, please book as early as possible, since spots fill up quickly!
Do you require a deposit?
Yes — some custom or large orders may require a 50% non-refundable deposit to hold your date. The remaining balance is due at pickup/delivery.
Do you make custom cakes or desserts?
Yes! I love creating custom treats. Fill out a custom order form or message me on Bakesy with your ideas, and I’ll get back to you with a quote and design options.
What if I have allergies?
All items are made in a home kitchen that handles common allergens like wheat, eggs, dairy, nuts, and soy.
While I do my best to prevent cross-contact, I cannot guarantee any item is allergen-free.
Please let me know if you have allergies and I will do my best to accommodate you!
Can I make changes to my order?
Changes can usually be made up to 1 week before pickup, depending on availability and ingredient prep. After that, adjustments may not be possible.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations made more than 7 days before pickup may receive a partial refund (minus deposit).
Cancellations made within 72 hours are non-refundable, as ingredients and prep may have already begun.
Do you offer delivery or shipping?
Currently, I offer pickup or will meet you in a local meeting spot. Some items may be eligible for local delivery within the Eureka area for an additional fee — please ask when ordering.
I do not offer shipping at this time.
How should I store my baked goods?
Cookies & breads: Room temperature in an airtight container (up to 3–4 days).
Frosted desserts (cakes, cupcakes, etc) or cream cheese items: Keep refrigerated, remove 30–60 minutes before serving.
