Typically I send mockups to every customer before I start their order. I’m a very communicative shop owner. I want to make sure each and every person LOVES their product. I do contact my customers various times to ensure they get exactly what they want and imagined. Mockups can take anywhere from 1 day to 5 days depending on what’s happening in my life outside from my business. So keep a look out for an email or text!
