I’ve used Gwen twice now and I will never pay anyone else to do my family cakes ever again! They have both been ascetically perfect, taste amazing and have been the perfect size. I love the ganache she used on my son’s Jurassic world cake! She has always had them done in time and has been a delight to do business with. Thanks Gwen! I’m new here to Brunswick & I wanted to surprise my husband with a cake my co worker recommended me. (Gwen) I reach out to her and got an immediately response. She ask what I had in mind and by it begin a short notice I just sent a photo and she did the rest and when I tell you, it was absolutely the best. the design and decoration was perfect and the cake was baked too perfection also. We loved every bit of it. You can tell it was baked with passion I Highly recommended.

I’ve been booking cakes for years. Gwen is such a sweet person which explains why her cakes are ALWAYS great. They are made with care and perfection. I have not been disappointed with any cake for 7 years now.
