Hi! Griffard Gourmet was started because of one thing: a love for baking! I have been a baker my entire life, and finally to take a leap of faith with my skills to bring delicious treats to those around me. Self taught, I am still a beginning baker, but am willing to experiment and try new things. Don’t see a flavor you’re looking for? ASK! I love trying and finding new recipes!

I work from a small home kitchen, but am registered to follow cottage laws of Illinois.

Capabilities & Pricing

I have limits to my weekly orders, a week notice is preferred for orders. Last minute requests may not be able to be fulfilled.

Orders for custom cakes or orders over $50 will require a 50% deposit at order. Failure to pay for the deposit within agreed date may forfeit the order.

Please note, I am only able to deliver within the city limits of Quincy. Any orders for events or customers outside of town will need to pickup.

For event deliveries outside of town, a delivery fee may be requested based on the distance.
