💲Payment is due IN FULL upon receipt UNLESS you have a large/custom order OR plan to pay in cash(we love cash)🤑

📱All orders & booking requests will receive a text and call to confirm your order or booking. Clients will have 24 hours to respond and confirm or order/booking will be canceled.

📝All large orders & bookings will require signed contract with deposit to proceed with booking.

Friday, Saturdays & select Sundays Grazy Girl runs catering & party design services

DMs, emails, texts and all inquiries received during non business hours or on weekends will be reviewed the following Monday.

🍓Grazy Girl LLC is a small business, which means I do try to make myself available to my clients as much as possible. If I have a free moment during non-business hours and can respond, I will, however my clients do not come before my children & family…so, please keep that in mind when patiently waiting for a response💕

🚗Delivery & Additional Fees💲

.80cents per mile round trip fee will be added.

🚨If you’d like to place an order less than 3 days prior to date needed, an automatic $15 RUSH FEE will be added to your order. We do this to protect our costs since we will have to most likely go back to the store for fresh food items.

🔔All large orders & bookings MUST BE PAID IN FULL 1 WEEK PRIOR TO DELIVERY OR EVENT DATE.

💵Deposits

Large orders of $500 or more, we will accept 30% NON REFUNDABLE deposit upon booking, remaining balance is due ONE WEEK PRIOR TO DELIVERY DATE. Custom Graze Table, Workshop & Picnic bookings require 30% NON REFUNDABLE deposit to book and hold date with remaining balance also due ONE WEEK prior to event. If you do not pay your deposit within 48 hours of booking with us, your date will not be held.

❌Cancellations

In the event that your event is canceled, please reach out to my personal cell with the info as soon as possible.

Please keep in mind that Grazy Girl LLC is not responsible for the cancellation and unfortunately, no accommodations or refunds will be given. We carefully plan, order and prepare for each and every order & booking ahead of time to insure the best quality service for our clients. Much of our prep work and ordering is done ahead of time, days and weeks before scheduled event.

📝Quotes

Custom Quotes are needed for all custom work. This gives clients an estimated cost of requested service. These can be detailed and take time to create. Please allow 48 hours minimum for all custom quotes.

🧀Food Safety

As that Grazy Girl LLC provides perishable products, we recommend all board & box orders be refrigerated upon delivery until ready to serve. We also recommend a 4 hour graze time frame for all graze tables, spreads and boards left out for guests to enjoy. 2 hours for outdoor events and fly fans are always used. This recommendation acknowledges and confirms that Grazy Girl LLC will not be held responsible for anyone making their own decision to consume product after recommended safe consumption time frame. Deliverable Orders-We recommend enjoying your board or box within 24 hours to guarantee freshness and limit condensation. Grazy Girl LLC is not responsible for freshness of order after it has been delivered.

🐝Life Threatening Food Allergies

Please keep in mind, you are hiring us to serve you & your loved ones. Some items we use may cause significant or life threatening allergic reactions. It is crucial that we know of ANY FOOD ALLERGIES prior to event so that we can fully accommodate your guests safely. This recommendation acknowledges and confirms that Grazy Girl LLC will not be held responsible for any allergic reactions as that it is the clients responsibility to inform Grazy Girl LLC of any food allergies of expected guests.
