Because of this, our loaves may feel different from what you’re used to seeing at traditional bread markets, meaning the size and weight.
Our sourdough is intentionally baked in larger, artisan-sized formats and fermented over longer periods of time. This results in loaves that are heavier, more substantial, and designed to offer better flavor.
At farmers markets, you may notice that our loaves feel more substantial in size and weight over many standard market loaves. This is reflected in both our pricing and portioning.
