Capabilities & Pricing
— A deposit is due within 48 hours to secure your spot.
— Pickup & delivery available (delivery starts at $5 and will increase depending on how far you live).
— NO SAME DAY ORDERS!
— Catering orders must be placed at least 10 days in advance. Please reach out directly to place a catering request.
Policies
Payment
A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to confirm your order. The remaining balance is due on the day of pickup or delivery, either through Cash App, Apple Pay, Zelle, or Cash.
Cancellations/Refunds
Cancellations Cancellations are accepted up to 7 days before your scheduled pickup or delivery and will be eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made within 2 days are non-refundable, as prep and purchasing have already begun. Refunds Because all items are made to order, all sales are final once production begins. If there’s an issue, contact me within 24 hours of pickup or delivery. No-Shows If you miss your pickup or are unavailable for delivery, your order is non-refundable and will not be remade. Please reach out if you’re running late — I understand life happens and I’ll do my best to accommodate when I can.
