Hi, I’m Nichole, the baker and heart behind Goose & Grain Bakery Co., a cozy little cottage bakery in Thornville, Ohio built on kindness, good butter, and big dreams.

I’m a mom of two amazing kids who keep me on my toes and the proud wife of a husband who always supports my wildest ideas — including building a small garden shed at the end of our driveway so I could turn it into my very own bake stand.

I’m passionate about helping my community, bringing people together, and creating new and inventive recipes that spread comfort, creativity, and kindness in every bite. Everything I make is baked from scratch, with simple ingredients and a whole lot of heart.
