Menus are released as weekly preorder drops in limited quantities. Orders must be placed during the preorder window and are baked fresh for the scheduled pickup, delivery, or shipping date listed at checkout.
What if I don’t have any special requests for my order?
If you don’t have any special requests, simply type “N/A” in the order notes to continue checkout.
What is your lead time?
Orders require a minimum of 3–5 days’ notice. Same-day or next-day orders are not available.
Where are you located?
We are based in Pickering, Ontario. Pickup details and the exact address are provided after your order is confirmed.
Do you offer delivery or shipping?
Yes. Local delivery and Ontario-wide shipping are available on select dates and can be chosen at checkout.
When do you ship orders?
We ship every Monday. Our weekly pre-order window closes Tuesday at 11:59 PM. Orders placed within that pre-order window will ship the following Monday.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept e-transfer and card payments. Card payments are subject to a processing fee of 3.3% + $0.30. Orders are not confirmed until payment is received.
What’s the shelf life on your cookies?
Cookies stay fresh for up to 10 days at room temperature when kept sealed. For the best experience and maximum gooeyness, we recommend enjoying them within 3 days.
How should I reheat my cookies?
For that fresh-baked feel, microwave for 5–10 seconds or warm in a 350°F oven for 5–6 minutes.
Can I freeze the cookies?
Yes. Cookies can be frozen for up to 3 months. For best results, remove cookies from the packaging and store them in an airtight container or freezer-safe bag. Thaw at room temperature or warm before enjoying.
