Yes, a 50% non-refundable deposit secures your order. The remaining balance is due 1 week prior to pickup.
What if I need to cancel?
Life happens! If you cancel more than 7 days before pickup, your deposit can be applied to a future order. Cancellations within 7 days forfeit the deposit.
Do you make large event orders?
At this time, I do not take orders over 10 dozen cookies.
Can you accommodate food allergies or dietary restrictions?
Yes, all of my products are made without dairy, peanut, tree nut, or soy ingredients. Gluten-free flour is available to substitute. Please contact me for other substitutions.
While I take every precaution to prevent cross-contamination, I cannot guarantee that any item is 100% free of allergens. For severe allergies, please be aware that cross-contamination may occur.

Each cookie is individually heat-sealed for freshness. Inquire about upgrading your packaging with gift-ready options, including individual bows, coordinating ribbon, and ready-to-gift boxes.
