Hi, I’m Katie! The hands and heart behind Good Earth Bakery.
Rooted in Genesis 1:12, this little sourdough bakery is all about turning good ingredients into even better bites. Each week I bake small-batch sourdough loaves. My classic country loaf, a fragrant rosemary & herb, and a seasonal flavor inspired by what’s fresh and fitting for the moment. From time to time, I’ll bring in pastry offerings like gooey sourdough cinnamon rolls you know and love, but the star of my kitchen is truly the bread.
Every loaf is made fresh for my local community with care, intention, and maybe a little flour on my face. Homemade, wholesome, and heavenly: just the way it was meant to be.
