I'm so glad you're here! I'm Ashlee, the owner of Goldie’s Baking Company, LLC. I'm a cottage baker that operates under the Illinois Cottage Food Law in Altamont, Illinois.
I began Goldie’s as a fun hobby at the peak of Covid and I have been lucky enough to make it my full time job for the last 3 years. When I’m not being Goldie you can find my in my garden, working on my latest craft obsession, or at the nearest thrift store!
