All orders are preorder only and prepared specifically for you. Pickup details and time windows will be provided at checkout.
Because items are baked fresh and made to order, all sales are final. If there is ever an issue with your order, please reach out and I’ll do my best to make it right.
Refund/Cancellation Policy
Due to the nature of home-baked goods, I’m unable to offer refunds or cancellations once an order has been placed. If something isn’t right with your loaf, please contact me within 24 hours of pickup so I can address the issue.
How long does the bread stay fresh?
Sourdough is best enjoyed within 2–3 days of pickup when stored properly at room temperature. The crust will naturally soften over time, but the bread will still be great for toasting after that. For longer storage, freezing is recommended.
Can I re-crisp the crust?
Yes! To refresh your loaf, lightly mist the outside with water and place it directly on the oven rack at 350°F for 8–10 minutes. Let it cool slightly before slicing for the best texture.
How should I store my bread?
For best results, store your sourdough at room temperature in a paper bag, bread bag, or loosely wrapped in a clean kitchen towel. This helps keep the crust from getting soft while still protecting the bread.
Avoid storing bread in the refrigerator, as it causes it to dry out more quickly. If you won’t finish your loaf within a few days, sourdough freezes very well. Slice the loaf, place it in a freezer-safe bag, and freeze. You can toast slices straight from frozen.
