Hi! I’m Lisa and bake Gluten Free products fresh from my 100% celiac-safe kitchen. I am celiac myself so you can be sure there is no gluten in my products! While there is NEVER any wheat or gluten used in my products, I frequently use avocado oil, olive oil, sesame seeds, nuts and dairy.
