Hi there! We’re the twin sisters behind Gluten-Free Gals, an at-home bakery created with one simple goal: to make gluten-free treats that taste just as good—if not better—than the classics.

Having eaten gluten-free for many years, we know firsthand how frustrating it can be to find baked goods that are both safe and truly delicious. Too often, the options are dry, crumbly, or lacking the flavor and texture you’re craving. That challenge inspired us to start baking in our own kitchen—testing, refining, and perfecting recipes until we could confidently share them with others.
