I was trying for find somewhere close by that made gluten free cakes for my daughter who is celiac. The nearest bakery is in Bristol I believe and I did not want to go that far. I was fortunate to find Gluten Free Craze Bakery in my google search for Johnson City. Ordering from the website was very simple and they accept cash app. It was easy and convenient to detail what we wanted for the cake. The cake itself was wonderful. I know we were last minute with the timing, but I believe given the time the cake came out great for the theme we were going for. It was a great tasting marble sheet cake. Not only was my daughter happy with it, but everyone in our party couldn't tell it was gluten free. It was decadent and moist, with a richness that wasnt overwhelming, just a pleasant decadence overall. I highly recommend giving this a try if you are seeking baked goods for yours and anyone else's gluten free needs.

We just bought the biscuits today and had to bake a few to try when we got home. Oh my gosh-they are wonderful!! We only have 1 medically necessary GF in our house but even I had to admit these are good. They bake up like name brand frozen biscuits, too,

So, I tried their gluten-free sugar cookies, and wow, they totally delivered! The delivery was super quick, which was awesome. Honestly, they tasted amazing, just like the real deal. I was really impressed with how good they were, considering they're gluten-free. Definitely a winner in my book!

Was lucky to discover Gluten Free Craze Bakery in Johnson City TN. I ordered online from their website and they delivered in person to the house the next day at a time that they asked would be convenient for me. Such wonderful customer service!! Couldn’t wait so tried one of their filled doughnuts and it was everything I wanted. So delicious!! They have many options to choose from and the taste and quality of their products is top notch like it was made in your own kitchen!! Can’t wait to try the burger buns tonight and the pumpkin pie tomorrow!!

I have had a wheat allergy for 6 years. It’s been hard to this day to get used to eating different. I found this bakery via google. The most amazing bakery that I have eaten at. Thank you so much for making my cravings and belly happy!!

I got the oatmeal creme pies and cinnamon rolls. I ate the oatmeal creme pie before I got out of the parking lot and they were AMAZING! They tasted just like the regular ones. Can't wait to try the cinnamon rolls!

Oh my goodness…the sourdough bread is DELICIOUS! I am so excited. Please keep the sourdough on the offering list. I am taking some to my co-worker tomorrow. He and his wife are both gluten-free. I will try the pop tarts i purchased tomorrow but am sure they will be just as good.

We had some family coming in to visit and we got the oatmeal cream pies and they were a HUGE hit! Everyone loved them! Highly recommend!

As a kid oatmeal cream pies were my favorite, but now not able to eat gluten it’s been very sad until now!!! These are better than store bought an are a must try!!❤️
