When I was diagnosed with celiac disease I had to re-learn how to bake gluten-free. Baking was something I’ve always loved to do so this was difficult and frustrating. After many recipe fails and a lack of gluten-free products available, I made it my mission to create gluten-free goodies that taste just as good as the real thing.
