Glitter Girl Treats Policies 📌 Deposit & Payment • A 50% non-refundable deposit is due at the time of booking to secure your order. • The remaining balance is due no later than 2 days before pick-up. • Payments must be made through cash app, venmo, square, paypal, or cash 📌 Cancellations & Refunds • All deposits are non-refundable. • Orders canceled within 72 hours of pick-up will be charged in full. • No refunds are given once treats leave my possession. 📌 Order Changes • Any flavor, design, or quantity changes must be made at least 5 days before pick-up. 📌 Pick-Up Policy • Orders must be picked up at the agreed-upon time. • If you are running late, please notify me. I can hold your order for up to 1 hour. • Chocolate-covered strawberries and other fresh items should be picked up and enjoyed within the same day for best quality. 📌 Allergy Disclaimer • All treats are made in a kitchen that handles nuts, dairy, gluten, soy, and other allergens. • I cannot guarantee allergen-free products. 📌 Design & Inspiration • I will do my best to match any inspiration photos, but please allow for minor variations as all treats are handmade. 📌 Rush & Holiday Orders • Rush orders (less than 3 days notice) may incur an additional $20 • Holiday orders should be placed early — spots fill quickly! 📌 Freshness Policy for Chocolate-Dipped Strawberries Our chocolate-dipped strawberries are made fresh to ensure the best taste and quality. All orders must be picked up within 3 hours of your scheduled pickup time, either the same day or within 24 hours of placing your order. We cannot guarantee freshness or quality after this timeframe, and refunds will not be issued for late pickups.
