Q: How far in advance should I place my order?
A: We recommend placing orders at least 2–3 weeks in advance. We may accept orders with less notice, depending on availability, and a rush fee may apply for short-notice requests. Please note that we cannot accept orders less than 48 hours in advance.
Q: Do I need to pay a deposit?
A: Yes, a deposit is required to secure your order. The remaining balance is due before pickup or delivery.
