Iām a self taught baker from Trenton,NJ. I started my business as a treat maker in 2021. I began baking and customizing cakes in 2023 and perfecting my craft daily.
There is a terms and conditions each customer must read and under before adding information for the invoice. Please do not skip, it has information regarding my pickup window times and more.
Due to travel baseball season my pick up times during the weekend will be subject to change. My current pick up times are between 9am-12pm, the new times could vary depending on tournament schedule. I will outreach the customer a few days prior to the event date if I need to change pick up timing, it could be early morning or the night before. Orders will still continue on the weekends.
Glam Treats by Tia Terms and Conditions Effective Date: June 2022 Welcome to Glam Treats by Tia , where we craft homemade, delicious baked goods with care! By placing an order with us, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. 1. General Information Glam Treats by Tia is a home-based bakery located in Trenton,NJ. All products are made to order, ensuring the highest level of freshness and quality. 2. Ordering Process All orders must be placed through website at least 2 weeks in advance to ensure availability. Orders are confirmed upon receipt of payment or deposit. Custom orders may require additional details. Please provide accurate specifications to avoid errors. Any orders placed less than 5 days prior to your event day will result in a rush order fee of $30. 3. Payment 50% deposit is required upon order confirmation. Accepted payment methods include Zelle, Apple Pay, CashApp, Cash and Debit/Credit. Prices are subject to change without notice, but confirmed orders will be honored at the price agreed at the time of ordering. 4. Cancellation and Refunds Orders can be canceled up to 3 days before the scheduled pickup or delivery date, deposit is non-refundable but can be honored for a future order. Cancellations within 1 day of the scheduled date will incur a $10 cancellation fee. No refunds or exchanges will be issued for orders after delivery or pickup. 5. Pickup Pickup times are scheduled between 9am-12pm, and we kindly ask that you adhere to your scheduled time to ensure that we can provide you with the best service. Orders must be picked up within the designated pickup window. We kindly request that you arrive on time. We cannot guarantee that your order will be available outside of the scheduled pickup time. If you are unable to make it within the designated pickup time, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance, and we may be able to arrange an alternative pickup time. Additional fees may apply. Late Pick- Orders that are not picked up within 1.5 hours of the designated pickup time will be considered a "no-show," and the order will be canceled. Unfortunately, no refund will be issued in these cases, as our products are perishable. If you are running late or unable to pick up your order on time, please let us know as soon as possible to avoid any issues with your order. 6. Responsibility for Order after Pickup Once your order has been picked up, Glam Treats by Tia is no longer responsible for the condition of the products. Please handle all baked goods with care upon pickup to ensure they remain in the best possible condition. 7. Order Changes or Modifications We are unable to accommodate changes or modifications to your order once it has been confirmed. Please ensure that all details are correct at the time of order confirmation. Any special requests must be made at least 3 days before your scheduled pickup. 8. Allergies and Dietary Restrictions All of our baked goods may contain or come into contact with common allergens, including but not limited to wheat, eggs, dairy, nuts, soy, and gluten. If you have any allergies or dietary restrictions, please notify us at the time of ordering. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate special requests, but we cannot guarantee the complete absence of allergens in any of our products. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that they are ordering products that are safe for their consumption. 9. Product Quality and Customization All products are made with the highest standards of hygiene and quality ingredients. However, due to the nature of handmade items, there may be slight variations in appearance and size. Custom orders are subject to an additional charge depending on the complexity and materials requested. We cannot guarantee that custom designs will perfectly match any photos or references provided, but we will do our best to replicate them as closely as possible. 10. Storage and Shelf Life Our baked goods are best enjoyed fresh and should be consumed within 3 days of pickup or delivery. Please store products as recommended (e.g., room temperature, refrigerated, or frozen). We are not responsible for the quality of products that have been improperly stored. 11. Liability After pickup, Glam Treats by Tia is not liable for any damage, loss, or dissatisfaction with the product. You are responsible for checking the condition of your order before leaving the pickup location. If you notice any issues (e.g., damage or missing items), please inform us immediately before you leave. Glam Treats by Tia is not liable for any illness, injury, or damage resulting from the consumption of our products. By placing an order, you assume all risks associated with eating homemade baked goods. If there is an issue with your order (e.g., damage or missing items), please contact us within 24 hours of receipt, and we will resolve the issue as best we can. 12. Privacy and Data Protection Any personal data provided will only be used for the purpose of processing your order. We will not share your personal information with third parties without your consent, except as required by law. 13. Right to Modify Terms Glam Treats by Tia reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website and are effective immediately. 14.
