My daughter LOVED her smash cake for her first birthday party. April was quick to send over a drawing of the cake and was able to make the changes I wanted with no issues. The cake and icing were both delicious and packaged beautifully. I picked the cake up at her shop and it was spotless! Absolutely would be glad to use Ginger's Bakery again in the future!

Ginger's Bakery never fails to impress! Any treat I order from her is always extremely delicious and packed full of flavor. When she dropped her Fall Gilmore Girls menu, I just knew I needed to give it a try. My baby sprinkle was the perfect setting to do so. I tried a dozen of each of her cookies and half a dozen of two of her cupcakes varieties, and let me tell you--Y.U.M! You get what you pay for that is for sure! The cookies were nice sized and extremely soft. The cupcakes were super moist and just as delicious. To add to the quality of the product, she is also very professional, prompt, and communicates very well so you never have to wonder about anything in regards to your order. I highly recommend April at Ginger's Bakery for any of your sweet bakery needs for any event you may have. You will not regret it!

The Gilmore Girls cookies were not only decorated so cute, they tasted delicious!

Worked entirely from N.C. via email with Ginger’s Bakery to create a 60th Breaking Bad themed birthday cake and cookies. The end result blew me away when we arrived in Indiana and she delivered my order. So blessed to have made this connection.

I got a dozen cupcakes, half of them were lemon blueberry with cream cheese frosting, and the other half were vanilla with raspberry filling and frosting. They were so delicious!! The cakes are soft and moist and the frosting is so yummy and they are presented so beautifully! I highly recommend Ginger’s Bakery. I can’t wait to try out the other goods she offers!
