Hi, I’m Erin! I have a passion for baking, especially bread. I’ve recently turned that passion into a home-based micro bakery business.

After many years working full time on a computer, my vestibular migraine and MDDS diagnoses have rendered me unable to continue my insurance career. So, when life hands you lemons, it’s time to bake!

Everything will be custom made to order. I only have one oven, so there may be times where I cannot fulfill multiple requests. Thanks in advance for your patience and understanding!
