About

Hi. I'm Sheila, affectionately known as Gigi. I have a registered home bakery in Cottonwood under the AZ Cottage Food Law. I baked for local restaurants and loyal customers for many years in the Verde Valley area, retiring in 2017. My passion for baking has awakened my desire to get back to doing what I love. I look forward to baking you happy.

Mix or Match Flavors

➡️Once minimum order is met, you may add as many additional single pies as you wish.

➡️Price includes sales tax.

➡️STORAGE: Pies are best enjoyed fresh. However, they may be stored lying flat, covered up to 2 days at room temp or 3-4 days in refrigerator. I actually like them cold.

➡️HEATING: I have not tried this, but do not recommend heating glazed pies. If you want to do this, it would be best to use an an air fryer or oven for a few minutes for a crisper crust.

➡️Please note: Additional lead time will be necessary with large orders.

HOURS

I do not have set bakery hours. All selections are made to order. I try and keep my calendar here up-to-date as to when I am not available. Otherwise, I will do my best to accommodate your needs.

PAYMENT

Once order is accepted in app, you will be invoiced. Payment is due before order will be processed. PAYMENT METHODS: Cash, Zelle or Cash App If paying by cash, once invoiced, I will contact you to make in-person arrangements to complete your purchase. All sales are final.

DELIVERY FEE

Round trip from home bakery. 0-10 FREE 11-25 miles Flat rate of $10 If applicable, delivery fee will be added to invoice. Pick up and delivery arranged by appointment only.
