What started as a dream in my home kitchen has grown into a small business Iโm incredibly proud of.
Iโm a Texas DSHS Registered Home Bakery (#15228) in Corsicana, Texas, making fresh, homemade cookies, breads, and other sweet treats right from my home kitchen.
GiGiโs Bake House started with cookies, but the dream has always been bigger. Iโm slowly adding more homemade favorites while keeping the same thing at the heart of everything I make โ good homemade treats made with love.
Every order is made fresh, and because this is a one-woman bakery, I personally bake and prepare each order.
