**Terms and Conditions:**

1. The client agrees to pay the total cost of the cake as specified in this contract.

2. Any changes to the cake order must be communicated at least 2 days prior to the event date.

3. MsGiggles Bakery reserves the right to use the client's cake design for promotional purposes, unless otherwise specified by the client.

4. In the event of cancellation, the deposit is non-refundable.

5. MsGiggles Bakery shall not be held liable for any damages or accidents occurring after delivery/pickup of the cake.

6. The client acknowledges that the appearance of the cake may vary slightly from any reference images provided, due to the handmade nature of the product.

7. **Shipping Orders : If your order is damaged during transit a claim will be submitted with Shipping company.
