How long does it take to complete a design?
Turnaround times vary depending on the complexity of the project, but most designs are completed within 3–7 business days. Rush orders are available for an additional fee.
How do I receive my final design files?
Files are delivered digitally via email or file-sharing link in your requested format (PDF, PNG, JPG, etc.).
Can I request revisions?
Yes! Most design packages include 2–3 free revisions. Additional revisions may incur a small fee.
What event services do you offer?
We provide full and partial wedding planning, day-of coordination, vendor sourcing, timeline creation, and event styling. We also plan birthday parties, baby showers, and other celebrations.
What’s the difference between full planning and day-of coordination?
Full planning includes managing all aspects of your event from start to finish. Day-of coordination means we step in closer to your event date to manage the timeline, vendors, and logistics so your day runs smoothly.
How far in advance should I book your planning services?
For weddings, we recommend booking at least 6–12 months in advance. For other events, 2–6 months is ideal depending on size and complexity.
Do you travel for events?
Yes! We’re based in Punta Gorda, FL, but we’re happy to travel for your event. Travel fees may apply depending on location.
What digital services do you offer?
We offer digital invitations, animated graphics, voiceovers, social media templates, and personalized digital downloads for events or business use.
Can I use your designs for commercial use?
Yes—just let us know your intended use and we’ll include the appropriate licensing. Commercial usage may have a different pricing structure.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Zelle, Apple Pay, Cash App, and Venmo.
Is a deposit required to book services?
Yes, a non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date or start your design project. The remaining balance is due before final delivery or your event date.
What’s your cancellation policy?
Deposits are non-refundable. If cancellation occurs after a certain stage of service, additional fees may apply. Please refer to your contract for full details.
Can I make changes to my event details or design after booking?
Yes, within reason! We’ll do our best to accommodate changes. Some changes may require additional fees depending on timing and scope.
