My name is Gerald.I am a local baker and a chef who runs a micro bakery in a community of Milton Keynes
What do I bake you wonder ????
Artisan, rustic bread (sourdough)and soft cinnamon buns baked in small batches, by hand and with care.
I take pre-orders and weekly orders, allowing each loaf the time it deserves , no shortcuts, just honest baking.
