Policies
Conditions and Terms
Order: Orders will be made with a minimum of 1 week in advance of the delivery date.
Payment: Payment will be made in advance, with a reserve of %50 and the rest at the time of delivery, by bank transfer or payment in cash or credit card.
Delivery: Delivery will be made on the date and time agreed with the client. The company is not responsible for delays caused by external factors such as traffic, weather or force majeure.
Changes or cancellations: Changes or cancellations of orders will be accepted with a minimum of 24 hours prior to the delivery date. After that period no changes or cancellations will be accepted.
Quality: The company is committed to delivering high-quality products that are fresh at the time of delivery. If the client finds a defect in the product, he must immediately notify the company so that it can be replaced.
Responsibility: The company is not responsible for damages or losses caused by improper use or improper conservation of the products delivered.
