Hello fellow bread lovers!
My name is G. I am a self taught baker specializing in handcrafted sourdough breads!
I have been baking breads for 5+ years and have fallen in love with the process. I use quality organic grains and I mill them into fresh flour combined with some of the best organic bread flours.
I spend most of my time stretching & folding dough as an act of self care when I’m not busy taking care of people in my community as a nurse.
It’s more than a hobby at this point and I am here to share some joy one loaf at a time!
