Invoices are valid for 24 hours and will be canceled after the 24 hour period. A 50% non-refundable and none transferable retainer fee is due at the time of placing your order to hold your date and the remaining balance is due 7 days prior to the due date. If the item requested is due prior to 7 days the balance must be paid in full and is non refundable. There is no full/partial delivery if the delivery fee has not been paid. Wedding Cakes require a non refundable retainer fee. This amount goes towards the final balance of your cake. The remaining balance must be paid in full 2 weeks prior to the event. Frosty Cakes obligation to perform will be modified to the extent necessary based on transportation problems, may delay in product delivery, inclement weather, acts of God, or other causes beyond Frosty Cakes control that make it impossible or impractical for Frosty Cakes to perform. By making your retainer fee payment, you acknowledge that this fee is NON-REFUNDABLE.
