FROSTID SWEET’S TERMS OF SERVICE AGREEMENT
Below are the terms and conditions pertaining to your orders from Frostid Sweet’s LLC. Please read through the following information and if you have any questions or concerns feel free to contact our company via email at Frostidsweetsllc@gmail.com
PLACING ORDERS: 1 week prior to event date. Anything outside of our ordering policy will be treated as same day service which is applied with a $15.00 fee and must be paid in full on the day of ordering. As we do take call in orders at 614-668-7450 we highly recommend to submit your inquiries through any of our social media platforms (Instagram and Facebook:Frostid Sweets) as well as sending us an email at Frostidsweetsllc@gmail.com that way we can accurately obtain your correct information regarding your order. When placing your order please includes all details: Date and time, how many guest your serving, inspiration photos that you may upload or send through text(Photos are used for inspiration only, orders will not be exact) and specify pick up or delivery.
DEPOSITS:
All orders require a 50% NON REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT in order to reserve your date and consider our engagement a contract for services to be rendered(hereinafter, “Order). If it’s 24 hours and deposit is not received your order will be cancelled. No order will be booked or prepared until your DEPOSIT has been received. Please confirm that all information is correct on the invoice prior to paying your deposit. Deposits are only refunded if Frostid Sweet’s LLC cannot perform the services that’s agreed upon.
PLEASE NOTE THAT BY PAYING YOUR DEPOSIT, YOU ARE IN AGREEMENT WITH ALL OF FROSTID SWEET’S LLC TERMS AND AGREEMENTS STATED HEREIN.
FINAL PAYMENT:
The remaining balance for your order is due 1 day prior to pick up or delivery. Your order will not be provided if payment is not received on or before such date, resulting in the cancellation of your order.
CANCELLATIONS/REBOOKING:
You are responsible for notifying Frostid Sweet’s of any date changes or your intent to cancel your order. A “CREDIT” will be issued for cancellations or postponements communicated more than 3 days prior to your event date. No credit will be issued for cancellations or postponements communicated outside of the 3 day prior to event time frame and the balance for your order will also be due and payable.
CAKE ORDER AND DESIGN CHANGES:
Design changes are accepted up to 7 days prior to the schedule event date unless order is a same day order(which at that time your order is final). Any changes requested after this date cannot be guaranteed and may be subject to additional charges.
Frostid Sweet’s LLC routinely photograph orders and expressly reserves the right to use photographs for advertising purposes. We will not disclose the identity of clients(photographs of people, last names, event details and or contract details) without permission.
PICK UP/DELIVERY/LATE FEE:
Orders are for pick up only unless you’ve requested and paid for delivery. Frostid Sweet’s LLC will not meet or deliver without paying a fee. If you or your intended party choose to pick up and set up your order you assume all liability and responsibility for its conditions once it had left our possession. Frostid Sweet’s LLC is not liable for any damages due to Negligence or improper handling(including collapse, melting, pokes, etc.) once your order has been picked up or delivered. You are responsible for providing a suitable environment for your order(away from heaters, direct sunlight, vibrations and people). Cakes are perishable and once taken out of the refrigerator, should be stored in optimal room temperatures of 70 degrees or below. Cakes are heavy and require a sturdy table. You will receive care instructions prior to receiving your order as well as a “CAKE CARE” label located on the side of your cake box.
The pick up location will be in the Pickerington, Ohio area. The precise address will be provided once order is booked. Weekday pickups are scheduled accordingly. Saturday and Sunday pick ups are typically between 10am-12pm. Please be considerate of your schedule pick up time. Late arrivals must understand that Frostid Sweet’s LLC has the right to leave if the agreed upon time is not honored by the customer.
A late fee will be applied to late pickups:
$15.00 for 30 minutes past pick up time
$25.00 for 60 minutes past pick up time
** LATE FEES MUST BE PAID BEFORE FROSTID SWEET’S LLC WILL RELEASE YOUR ORDER.**
QUALITY:
We pride ourselves on the quality of our products and services. It is important to remember that cakes are a perishable and delicate product. Care instructions must be followed thoroughly in order to avoid compromising the quality, freshness and design of your order.
