* Custom orders should typically be placed at least 2 weeks in advance. * We reserve the right to refuse any order for any reason. *Retainer fees or full balances (rush orders) are due within 48 hours of booking. * Orders placed less than one week in advance are subject to a $30 rush fee and must be paid in full at the time of booking. *A retainer of at least 50% is required to book if your order is placed 2 weeks or more in advance. * Orders placed less than 1 week in advance are not eligible for deposit. * The balance due on an order is due 1 week before the order promise date. * We accept Zelle, Cashapp, PayPal, and Venmo, and you may pay by card. We do not accept cash. You may not pay the day your order is due or when you pick up. *Failure to pay your deposit within 48 hours or your balance 7 days before the promise date will result in a cancellation. * Please do not ask if your cake is ready 48 hours in advance. Most cakes are made within 24 hours or your promise date. *When your payment has been confirmed, a pick-up location will be given. *Upon arrival at the pick-up location, please remain in your vehicle and let us know you have arrived. Instructions will be given. *Please be on time to pick up your order. There is a 15 minute grace period.
