1. Orders & Payments • All orders must be placed through Bakesy. Orders are not confirmed until payment is received in full. • Accepted payments: [Apple Pay / PayPal / Venmo ]. • Prices are subject to change without notice, but confirmed orders will not be affected. 2. Pickup & Delivery • Pickup times and locations will be provided at checkout. Please arrive on time, as products are best enjoyed fresh. • Delivery is available within Lamar county for an additional fee. • Once items are picked up/delivered, Frosted Crown is not responsible for damage caused during transport, storage, or handling. 3. Cancellations & Refunds • Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance for a 50% refund. • Cancellations made less than 48 hours before pickup/delivery are non-refundable, as ingredients and time are already allocated. • No refunds or exchanges will be given once an order has been picked up/delivered. 4. Custom Orders • Custom cakes and special requests may require extra lead time. Please inquire early to ensure availability. • Changes to custom orders must be made at least 5 days in advance. 5. Allergy Disclaimer • All items are made with natural, organic ingredients, but our kitchen handles common allergens including wheat, dairy, eggs, nuts, and soy. • We cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment. Customers with severe allergies should use caution. 6. Quality Guarantee • We take pride in baking from scratch with the highest quality ingredients. If there is a concern with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of pickup/delivery so we can make it right.
