📌 A 75% deposit is required within 48 hours of booking to secure your order. 📌 Final payment is due the day before pickup (Cash or Electronic Payment). 📌 Rush orders (less than 7 days’ notice) are subject to a $30 fee. 📌 If you cancel more than 7 days before pickup, 50% of your deposit will be refunded. 📌 If you cancel within 7 days, the deposit is non-refundable. 📌 No-shows will not be refunded, and you will be banned from booking again💔 📩 Have questions? By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to the following policies. ⸻ 1. Ordering & Payment • Where to order: All orders must be placed through my website, Instagram inquiry, or email. • Deposit: A 75% deposit is required within 48 hours of booking to secure your date. If not received, your order will be canceled. • Final balance: Due the night before your scheduled pickup or delivery (Zelle, Cash App, Venmo, or exact cash at pickup). • Rush Orders: Orders placed less than 7 days in advance are subject to a $30 rush fee. ⸻ 2. Cancellations & Refunds • Canceled 7+ days before pickup: You’ll receive 50% of your deposit back; the rest covers prep and materials already in progress. • Canceled within 7 days: The deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable. • No-shows or same-day cancellations: The full remaining balance is still due. • If FrostedByTiff cancels: You’ll receive a full refund of all payments made. ⸻ 3. Pickup & Delivery • Pickup is available in Throggs Neck, NY. I’ll message you the evening before to confirm your pickup time window. • Please do your best to arrive during the agreed timeframe so your order stays fresh and ready. • Uber courier delivery is available upon request. • Once the cake is handed off to the driver, FrostedByTiff is no longer liable for any damages in transit. • Courier delivery is at your own risk. Please ensure someone is available to receive it. • Delivery fees are paid separately by the customer. ⸻ 4. Cake Care & Storage • Transport cakes on a flat, cool surface (no laps!). • Once your cake leaves FrostedByTiff’s hands, you assume full responsibility for care and transport. • Refrigerate your cake immediately. Let sit at room temperature for 30 minutes before serving. • Tres Leches cakes must be kept cold (35°F–38°F) and eaten within 3–4 days. ⸻ 5. Customization & Design • All designs are created in my signature buttercream style — no fondant is used unless specified. • Inspiration photos will be used as a guide but interpreted with creative freedom. • Any design changes must be made at least 7 days in advance and may incur additional charges. ⸻ 6. Allergies & Dietary Notes • My cakes are made in a kitchen that uses wheat, dairy, eggs, soy, and nuts. • I cannot guarantee an allergen-free product. • Please communicate any allergies or dietary needs before placing your order. ⸻ 7. Pricing & Policy Updates • Prices may be adjusted based on ingredient and labor costs. • Once your deposit is paid, your quoted price is locked in. • FrostedByTiff reserves the right to update these policies at any time. ⸻ 8.
