A 50% deposit is due within 24 hours of your invoice. Your deposit secures your spot on our calendar. Deposits are non- refundable within 2 weeks of your order due date. No deposits will be refunded for orders placed with less than 2 weeks notice. Any invoice not paid within 24 hours will result in a canceled order.
When is payment due?
Payment in full is required two weeks before order pick up. Your payment reserves your pickup date and time. Payments for preorders or flash sales are due at the time of order.
Do you provide refunds?
We can offer refunds up to 2 weeks before the order is due. If you fail to pick up your order within 24 hours of the scheduled pickup time, your order will be forfeited with no refund given (see no show = no cookies policy). No refunds will be offered for preorders or flash sales.
Can I cancel my order?
To receive a full refund, your order must be cancelled at least 2 weeks prior to scheduled pick up. Any cancellation request outside of the 2 week window is non-refundable.
How far in advance do I need to place my order?
At minimum we request 2 weeks notice. This allows us to give the most attention to detail and make you the most beautiful set of cookies possible.
Preorder Policy
Preorders are provided on a first come, first serve basis and have a limited amount of spots available. Please read the full details of the preorder when posted. No changes are allowed to preorders unless designated. Preorders require payment in full at the time of order.
No show = No cookies
Not showing up to the agreed upon pickup time forfeits your order. If you need to reschedule your pickup, please contact us no later than 24 hours prior to your pickup time. We do understand that emergencies happen. Please communicate with us ASAP for a possible accommodation.

Color Variation
Each batch of icing is dyed by us. We will do our best to match colors as closely as possible to your inspiration or desired look. We will aim to achieve your request, but there are some limitations due to the nature of our product.
How are the cookies packaged and how long do they stay fresh for?
Our cookies come heat sealed in cellophane bags. The cookies are then placed in a white box.
In the heat sealed bags your cookies will stay fresh for up to 2 weeks at room temperature.
Please place in freezer for anything over 2 weeks.
Can I freeze decorated cookies?
Yes! We will provide an instruction card at pick up.
Can you provide gluten-free cookie options?
Unfortunately, we do not offer gluten free cookies.
Is shipping available?
Due to Maryland cottage laws, we are unable to ship.
Order release and cookie care
Once you pick up your order, the order is no longer our responsibility. Please clear a flat surface in your vehicle to set the box(es) on. Cookies are fragile, and it is important to handle them with care.
