Payment Information
A 10% retainer fee is due at the time of ordering. This fee is applied to your remaining balance that MUST BE PAID IN CASH.
SAFTEY/PICK UP TIPS
Please arrive at your scheduled pick up time! A 30 minute grace period will be granted. Late arrivals with no prior communication are subject to cancellation.
When driving please place your cake on the passenger side floor with the A/C on cool! Be sure that your car is fully cooled upon arrival and remains cool throughout the duration of your car ride. Putting your cake on a slanted surface such as a person's lap or seat will cause your cake to slide! Drive at a considerate speed and AVOID HARD STOPS!
WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGES TO A DESSERT DUE TO HANDLING YOUR ITEM OUTSIDE OF LISTED CARE INSTRUCTIONS! A REFUND WILL NOT BE ISSUED DUE TO ANY DAMGES CAUSE BY MISTREATMENT! PLEASE HANDLE ALL CREATIONS WITH CARE!
