A 10% retainer fee is due at the time of ordering. This fee is applied to your remaining balance that MUST BE PAID IN CASH.

Please arrive at your scheduled pick up time! A 30 minute grace period will be granted. Late arrivals with no prior communication are subject to cancellation. When driving please place your cake on the passenger side floor with the A/C on cool! Be sure that your car is fully cooled upon arrival and remains cool throughout the duration of your car ride. Putting your cake on a slanted surface such as a person's lap or seat will cause your cake to slide! Drive at a considerate speed and AVOID HARD STOPS! WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGES TO A DESSERT DUE TO HANDLING YOUR ITEM OUTSIDE OF LISTED CARE INSTRUCTIONS! A REFUND WILL NOT BE ISSUED DUE TO ANY DAMGES CAUSE BY MISTREATMENT! PLEASE HANDLE ALL CREATIONS WITH CARE!
