Capabilities & Pricing
You will receive an invoice with a quote within 24-48 hours, then you can choose how to proceed. You will have 24 hours to send a deposit if you choose to proceed with your order. All orders under $100 must be paid in full. All orders must be placed within a 2 weeks notice of event date (14 days) or there will be a rush fee applied to your quote. Bookings fill up fast. No deposit no order. YOUR ORDER IS NOT COMPLETE UNTIL A 50% DEPOSIT IS SENT. Deposits are non-refundable!
PLEASE BE ADVISED: All orders with a pickup/delivery date that falls on a weekday must pickup before 9:00AM OR after 6:00PM on the selected day. If these time frames do not work for you on the day of your occasion/event you must pick up the night before after 6:00PM. Please adjust your pickup/delivery date accordingly. THIS POLICY ONLY APPLIES TO WEEKDAY ORDERS! Weekend orders can pick any time desired. Thank you.
There can be no order modifications within 48hrs of pickup. Only words and sayings can be modified.
