Frizzell's Sweets

All orders over $50 will require a non-refundable deposit up to 50% of the order.

All orders are to be picked up at your scheduled time. If customer is a no show or more than 1 hour late WITHOUT communication--Frizzell's Sweets reserves the right to sell that order to another customer. No exceptions, no refunds.

Frizzell's Sweets reserves the right to add an additional charge of $15 for every 30 minutes a customer is late for pickup.

Frizzell's Sweets will not be held liable for any damages that may occur after product (s) have left the premises.

All products made may come into contact and/or contain wheat, soy, dairy, nuts, or other allergens. It is the customers responsibility to inform Frizzell's Sweets of any allergies at the time the order is placed. Frizzell's Sweets will not be held liable for any allergic reactions.

Cake Policy

All cake orders require a minimum 2 week notice

Cake orders placed less than a week prior to event will incur a rush fee of $45

Frizzell's Sweets will not copy other bakers work. Any pictures provided will be used as inspiration only.

Same day orders will not be accepted.

Any specific toppers or decorations are to be provided by the customer. If customer cannot provide those, Frizzell's Sweets will order them for an additional fee.

Cake Care:

- store in a cool area out of the sun.

- When picking up, cakes are to be placed on floor of vehicle to keep level and avoid toppling. Make sure AC is on in vehicle at all times especially during hot summer days

- cakes are to be carried/held by the base not the sides

Frizzell's Sweets will not be held liable for any damages that may occur once cake has been picked up.

Please include date and time your is needed by as well as flavors, designs, theme, quantity and any inspiration pictures.

Frizzell's Sweets understands that emergencies happen, plans change, etc--it is the customer's responsibility to communicate any changes immediately to baker so that Frizzell's Sweets can accommodate customer to the best of our ability.

All of our cookies are 4.5 - 5 ounces.

Payment is required at time of order.

Orders are pickup only as we are not able to ship orders at this time.
