All of my products are made to order with fresh, unprocessed, unenriched ingredients. Because of this, you will find that their shelf life is about 5-7 days. If not eaten within the first few days after purchase, the products all refrigerate or freeze really well. Pull them out and reheat them whenever you are ready to finish them. Enjoy!
Where do you buy your wheat berries from? Are they organic?
I purchase my hard white wheat berries from Dave’s Farm out of Delta, Utah. They are fresh and family-farm raised. All of their wheat berries are Non-GMO, no pesticides are used, and they have no Glyphosate.
