I understand emergencies happen and plans may change. I do require at least 2-3 weeks notice to ensure your new date is available, If you need to postpone or reschedule your order. Cancellation made a week prior to the original date notice will forfeit the deposit.
Can I customize my party package?
Yes! You are able to swap or add items to party packages. Depending on the items chosen, the cost is subject to change.
Do we offer set-up?
Yes we do for an additional fee.
Do you require a deposit?
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required within 24 hours of your quote to secure your order. The remaining balance must be paid in full within 24-48 hours of your scheduled pickup time.
