About
I’m Karen. I have a micro-bakery in Elizabeth. I’ve been baking with sourdough for about 6 years now. I use mostly organic ingredients and grow a lot of the herbs myself. I’ve learned a great deal about sourdough and would like to share my breads and goodies with you all.
I have a Cottage Bakery certification in Colorado by the Health Department/Colorado State University.
I’m also here to help you start on your own journey with sourdough.
