BAKERY TERMS As your baker, I agree to deliver the above mentioned cake/dessert in a timely and mutually agreed upon manner. Contingent on the following conditions: DEPOSITS AND PAYMENTS A non- refundable deposit of 50% is required for all orders. Once the deposit is received, the quote automatically converts to a  contract for the above described product and/or services. This reserves the date of your event for FLOUR & SUGAR BAKERY to fulfill your order accordingly. The remaining balance is due in cash before or upon the time of delivery. Payments can be made via ZELLE through 702-299-5961 or cash. CHANGES/MODIFICATIONS TO ORDERS* Any changes to orders must be made at least 2 weeks prior to the scheduled event. The Customer agrees that changes to the order is not permitted within 2 weeks prior to the scheduled event. Refund(s) on payments made, will be issued only if the above mentioned order is cancelled at least 3 weeks prior to the scheduled delivery or pickup date and at the full discretion of the baker. CAKE DECORATIONS, SUPPORT RODS,  AND OTHERS *Pictures provided from customers for inspiration/ideas, will mainly be used as a reference. * If fresh flowers or inedible  items are used on the custom dessert(s), it is the responsibility of the Customer to remove prior to serving. *For tall or tiered cakes, please note that food safe wood or plastic rods are inside the cake to provide support and stability. It is the responsiblity of the Customer to remove prior to serving. For safety purposes, it is strongly advisable to please NOT smash anyone's face onto the cake. ALLERGIES* It is the responsibility of the customer to verify and disclose allergies. Although FLOUR & SUGAR BAKERY will accommodate allergy restrictions as much as possible, please be informed that cake/dessert ingredients, supplies, and machines may come in contact with nuts, milk, and wheat products. Customer agrees that FLOUR & SUGAR BAKERY is not responsible for any adverse effects of allergic reactions of any kind, whether disclosed and non-disclosed. DELIVERY & DRIVING CONDITIONS* Delivery Fee is $20 per local delivery. In the case of an unavoidable situation, such as a car accident or poor road conditions during delivery that results in damage to the order, FLOUR & SUGAR BAKERY will make every attempt to correct onsite or issue a refund accordingly. *The Customer agrees that FLOUR & SUGAR BAKERY is not responsible for any and all damages, injuries, illnesses, etc., once an order is safely delivered or picked up. *FLOUR & SUGAR BAKERY will not be liable for any special, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages, whether foreseen or unforeseen, regardless of whether liability is based on breach of contract, breach of express or implied warranty, negligence, strict liability, tort, or otherwise. Only items, actions and dessert details explicitly listed in the invoice are guaranteed by FLOUR& SUGAR BAKERY.  *Customer agrees to consume cake, cupcakes, and all other desserts ordered within 3 days for quality results. *If you are not satisfied with your order, please do reach out directly to Lanie at 702-299-5961.
