Q: How do I place an order?
A: Orders are placed directly through my Bakesy page. Just select your item, submit details, and I’ll confirm everything with you!
Q: Do you make custom cakes?
A: Yes! I love bringing your ideas to life. Send inspo pics and themes!! I’ll create something beautiful and delicious.
Q: Can you copy a cake exactly?
A: I use inspiration photos as a guide but don’t do exact replicas. Every cake is uniquely made with my own touch 🤍
Q: When is payment due?
A: Payment (deposit) is required to secure your order. No payment = no booking.
Q: What forms of payment do you accept?
A: Venmo, Cash App, Zelle, Square (for a fee), cash—but you have to deliver the deposit.
Please pay as friends and family, if you would like to pay as business for seller protection, to keep my prices low, that fee will be added onto your final balance.
Q: Where are you located?
A: I’m a home-based cottage bakery located near Randolph AFB (exact address provided after booking).
Q: Do you offer delivery?
A: If delivery can be accommodated, yes.
Q: What happens if I’m late?
A: Please let me know! I totally understand life happens (mom of 3 over here 😅), but communication is key.
Q: Can I make changes to my order?
A: Changes must be made at least 72 hours before pickup. After that, I may not be able to adjust and according to the change needed, I cannot guarantee accommodation.
Q: What is your cancellation policy?
A: Because each order is planned and prepped in advance, deposits are non-refundable if canceled by you. As a small, home-based bakery, I truly appreciate your understanding. If I have to cancel due to a true emergency on my side, you will receive a full redund.
Q: Do you accommodate allergies?
A: My kitchen is not allergen-free. While I do offer gluten free and egg free, I cannot guarantee no cross contamination as I have those allergens in my kitchen.
