Had a great experience with customizing our cake and delivery plus our child and guests LOVED the food!!

My Mother's Day cake from Lauren's shop was a delightful surprise! The words my kids chose were hilarious, but beyond that, the cake was absolutely gorgeous and tasted incredible. It had a beautiful vintage design, featuring a light creme-colored base and elegant wildflowers piped around the borders. Even the letter font evoked that nostalgic, old-world charm! The cake itself was vanilla (my favorite), incredibly fluffy and moist, and the vanilla buttercream icing was so smooth and addictive! The delivery was perfectly timed, too. It was set up sometime during the hour I was at church, and I didn't suspect a thing! Overall amazing service and experience from Lauren!

The Flour Pot Cakerie is an absolute gem! I ordered a custom cake, cupcakes, mini cakes, and macarons from Lauren for a recent family event. I provided a theme, but gave her complete creative freedom, and she knocked it out of the park! I really wish I could post pictures with this review! The cakes and confections were not only visually stunning but also incredibly delicious! Her personal buttercream recipe is hands-down my favorite; it truly made me a buttercream fan when I used to not be able to stand it! Her intricate piping and delicate flower work are also some of the best I’ve ever seen, and my aunt and sister are retired wedding cake makers! Beyond her talent, Lauren is also extremely sweet, professional, and flexible to work with. Communication was never a problem with her at any point of the process, and she was very punctual. She delivered my order all the way to Walls, and somehow everything stayed perfect despite the southern heat! I highly recommend her for any special occasion!
