Policies
Deposits πΈ
All Orders Require a 50% NONREFUNDABLE Deposit to secure your date which is based on availability. The remaining balance is to be paid in full 2 days prior to your event date. π€
Deposits must be sent no longer than 20mins After Booking or your order will not be confirmed therefore not valid!π°
Late Feesπ«β³
* $25 LATE FEE WILL BE APPLIED AFTER 20MINS & AFTER 20 MINS YOUR ORDER WILL BE CANCELLED*ποΈ
PickupποΈπ©
PICKUPS WILL BE FOR THE ALLOTTED TIME/DATE THAT YOU HAVE CHOSEN & ANY CHANGES WILL SUBJECT TO A $10 FEE!
All orders should be picked at the allotted time you were given to avoid late fees.
If anyone else is picking up your order other than you then you must notify me 2 hours prior so that I am aware! If you fail to notify me that someone else is picking up your order then you will not receive it until you do so! This is for your protection as well as mine so for instance if someone claiming to be you comes they canβt get your order! βΊοΈ
If you need your items to be set up at your event this will also be an additional fee of $32/hr.

Delivery π is very limited but is available!
If you would like delivery I suggest that you request such at the time of booking as spots do fill up fairly quickly!
Delivery starts at $25 and is subject to change depending on location!
Shipping is not yet available but we look forward to being able to provide this service soon! π
