All of our desserts are made from scratch, with premium ingredients and attention to detail. We try our best to serve our vegan community as well as those with allergies. Just let us know at the time of ordering! We do require 50% non refundable save the date, 4 or more weeks prior to event date, and 100% is due less than 4 weeks. We understand that life happens and we will work with refunds due to natural disasters, acts of God, and other unforeseen circumstances, deemed appropriate on a case by case basis. However, we do not guarantee a full refund. We know you won’t be unsatisfied with your order, however, if there is something that needs attention, please don’t hesitate to reach out. We use inspirational pictures and ask many questions to avoid any confusion or misunderstanding. Once your order has been delivered or left the premises of Five Senses Cakes LLC, we are no longer liable for damage. We do take photos of our cakes and dessert before and after delivery, and before pick up, and used for marketing purposes, clients are not compensated for these photos. Each cake comes with a cake care card, read it carefully! Always carry your cake from the bottom parallel to the ground. Keep the cake in a cool area, 75 degrees. If displayed, make sure the table is sturdy as cakes can be very heavy. If picking up your cake, keep it on a flat surface or floor board of your vehicle, next to the a/c, and have no loose objects that could damage your cake or desserts.
