Meet Our Gluten-Free Baker!
My name is Courtney! I am a wife and mother to two wonderful littles. Thirteen years ago, I was diagnosed with celiac disease which sparked my passion for baking. When faced with a dietary restriction, and unable to find safe treats I enjoyed, I decided to bake them myself. Today, I maintain a completely gluten-free household. I ensure safety of both myself and those I bake for. I am deeply passionate about delivering high-quality, gluten-free food to others. I strongly believe that dietary restrictions should never necessitate compromising on flavor or quality. In partnering with Fernandez Bakery Co., my goal is to provide gluten-free treats for our community to enjoy and feel safe eating.
