I’m Frederick Wims, owner of Fast Freddie's Foods, a small from-scratch SEASONAL kitchen built on Southern hospitality. The menu will change quarterly as well as pricing for each new item we may be offering at that time. I specialize in homemade sides, desserts, and many other deliciously decadent items that bring comfort, flavor, and heart to every meal or event.

I don’t just cook or cater, I create food that feeds the soul. Whether it’s a family gathering, wedding, or community event, my goal is to serve dishes that make people feel right at home. Each side dish can feed up to eight people.
